Jam Masterclass at Suffolk Wildlife Trust, Lopham & Redgrave Fen, June 16th 2013

Join local master jam-maker, Janet Peachey, of Peacheys Preserves at this masterclass and learn how quick and easy it is to make jam and conserves.  Janet will show you how to use a variety of fruits to create different flavours and give you lots of new ideas for baking.

Jams can be used for many things other than bread and scones – strawberry & vanilla is great in sponges and chilli jam is fantastic in chocolate brownies!
