Bury St Edmunds Christmas Lights Switch On 15th November 2012
We will be attending the Christmas Lights Switch on Thursday 15th November 2012. Christmas preserves and hampers available. The event takes place in the centre of Bury St Edmunds from 2pm until 8pm. Find us next to the Flying Chef Hot Dog Stall by the Market Cross.
Suffolk Wildlife Trust Plant Sale – April 15th 2012 – Lopham & Redgrave Fen
We will be at the Plant Sale at Redgrave & Lopham Fen on Sunday with our Flying Chef Hot Dog Stall. Traditional char grilled sausages in a poppy seed roll with a variety of our hand made relishes. We will also have preserves available to buy.

Apple Day & Autumn Plant Sale at Redgrave & Lopham Fen near Diss on Sunday 16th October

Autumnal Favourites available at Wood Fair, Ickworth on Sunday 9th October
Making the most of autumn’s bounty, we have a selection of jellies and jams available including Quince Jelly, Sloe Jelly, Apple, Cider & Sage Jelly and Damson Jam. These can be purchased from our stand at The Wood Fair at Ickworth House, Park and Gardens on Sunday 9th October.

Ingredients: 1 whole Goat’s Cheese, Seville Orange & Chilli Marmalade
Spread some of the marmalade over a whole goat’s cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is a little soft.
Halesworth Arts & Craft Fair
We will be trading at Halesworth Arts & Craft Fair in the Thoroughfair on Sunday 26th June 2011. It is great event lots of lovely stalls and yummy things to eat. Stop by for some Strawberry & Vanilla Jam, Hot Chilli Relish or Chocolate Chilli Brownies. A wide selection of chutneys and jams available. The Flying Chef will also be serving up their fabulous hot dogs along with our Chilli Relish.
