Postage
The final price quoted on the order form is the price of the goods including delivery to the stated destination. These charges include signed for carriage by myHermes.
There is no minimum order but postage weights starts on a minimum of 4 jars:
| Up to 4 products | £5.30 |
| 5 to 8 products | £6.50 |
| 9 to 12 products | £8.50 |
All orders are trackable and a signature will be required for delivery.
Delivery will be within 2-4 working days from dispatch (delivery to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight may take slightly longer).
For delivery to postcodes IM / HS / ZE, outside the UK, or to order more than 8 jars, please contact us.
Despatch from us
All goods will be dispatched withing 4 working days from receipt of your order
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 working days without reason. The 7 days start when the goods are received.
If you do cancel you must pay the cost of returning the goods.
We will refund your money within 30 day of receipt of the returned goods provided they have not been damaged or opened.
